Co-President Responsibilities: Create agenda & discuss with chapter advisers Make arrangements for agendas/flyers to be copied Run all chapter and officer meetings Create a list of meeting dates (prior to May 30th) Attend events & participate in fundraisers Arrange for monthly officer meetings Consults with the chapter advisers 3-5 times a week Oversee work of all other officers & committees Attend Presidents' Council Meetings at conferences Oversees the logging of the record book

VP of Parliamentary Law Responsibilities: Ensure that chapter officer meetings follow Robert's Rules of Order Learn Robert's Rules of Order Keep bylaws updated Participate on Parliamentary Procedure team Write minutes for all meeting/ file( within 1 week of meeting)
