Participating in New Jersey FCCLA’s Leadership Boot Camp allows members to enhance their teamwork, communication, and networking skills. Leadership Boot Camp offers a variety of individual and group activities which go toward strengthening members in areas such as Public Speaking, FCCLA knowledge, Time management, Team work, and Networking. This event is a great learning opportunity for members who want to learn more about the organization while developing important skills along the way.
